Auckland United FC is proud to celebrate five of our Academy players along with Premier Women’s Head Coach Ben Bate (NZ Assistant Coach), who represented New Zealand at the U-16 OFC Women’s Championship in Samoa!

New Zealand claimed the 2025 OFC U-16 Women’s Championship title and secured qualification for the 2026 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup! We couldn’t be prouder of our AUFC players for playing a key role in this success, and we can’t wait to watch them continue to grow and develop.

5 x Auckand United Players named in New Zealand Starting XI vs American Samoa in OFC U-16 Women’s Championship.

A special moment for Auckland United as all five players were named in the Starting XI against American Samoa, with Ariana Vosper proudly wearing the captain’s armband and scoring her first-ever international goal! Isla Robson also found the back of the net in this match, helping New Zealand to a commanding 6–0 victory.

Milestones achieved:

  • All five players made their international debut for New Zealand.

  • First international goals for Isla Robson, Ariana Vosper, and Bonnie Rice.

  • Isla Robson scored an impressive 6 goals in 5 matches, including one in the final against Samoa.
