Auckland United FC Premier Men’s Summer Transfers 2023/24

Some of our football heroes are on the move in 2024 and we’d like to thank them for their contribution to Auckland United FC over the past few seasons.

Mack Waite

Mack Waite joined Onehunga Sports in 2019 and spent most of his time as an understudy, playing just 4 League games and  2 Cup games until getting his big chance at AUFC in 2020 when he went on to play every single minute except for 1 game.

Mack clocked up 7500 continuous minutes prior to missing his only game and has played a total of 8400 minutes for Auckland United with 26 Clean Sheets including 15 at home and 11 away.

Best run of Clean Sheets: 6  At Home: 5

Mack has not re-signed for 2024 and leaves behind a legacy to uphold.

Joshua Redfearn

Josh Redfearn has been with Auckland United FC since the club's inception when Onehunga Sports merged with Three Kings United to form AUFC in late 2019.

A product of the AUFC Academy, Josh is leaving the club to take up a contract with Australian NPL 1 side Glenorchy Knights, based north of Hobart in Tasmania.

We wish Josh all the very best as he embarks on the next step in his footballing career and look forward to seeing him in action for Glenorchy soon.
