Auckland United In-House Prizegiving 2025
Prizegiving will take place on the weekend of 12/13th September. The planned schedule for prizegiving and fun game times are below. Please try and ensure you’re at the club house promptly for your grade session, as we have a full evening/morning of prizegiving sessions to get through.
Coaches/game day leaders will be called up to present the awards to your team. You can then collect any team photos that have been paid for, your coaches gift, and a bag of lollies for your team.
Uniforms are not compulsory, however if you plan to get a few pics of your player/team then it always looks nice in uniform 😉
Fun games
We have a limited number of pitches and times that we can use, so please stick to your allocated time. All times are 30min sessions. Pitch map and allocations are below.
U6-U9/U7-8 Girls: Playing on 1/6th size full pitches with mini (1x2m) goals
U10-U12/U9-10 Girls: Playing on 1/4 size pitches with 4x2m goals (as for your regular games)
Gear bags
Gear bags will need to be returned once you have completed your final game. The gear shop will collect and sign back in your gear bag. Please ensure the bag is returned, either at the prizegiving session, or if you are having a game after prizegiving, then after that game.
Ongoing gear purchase costs are a significant cost to the club, so please ensure that you return your gear bag with the equipment that was allocated at the start of the season and that was signed out.
Wet Weather
In case of wet weather cancellations of the games, we will still hold prizegiving at the scheduled time. Unfortunately due to Council taking back all fields in preparation for summer sport, we won’t be able to reschedule the fun games.
