AUFC Senior Men’s Football

AUFC Senior Men’s Football Player Information

  • Auckland United Football Club currently has men’s teams in the following NRF divisions:

    • Premier Men’s in Northern League

    • Divisions 3 to 11

    • Over 35, 40 and Over 45 teams

    • There is also an Under 19 team for younger players.

We welcome any new teams to Auckland United F.C. and will negotiate an appropriate entry-level for your team with NRF where possible.

For individual players, there is an informal process that aims to match skills and social objectives to teams.

If we can find sufficient players, we will support entering teams in new divisions (including women's teams).

Keith Hay Park is our centre of operations with 10 full-sized fields and 7 mini fields. We will play some games under lights in 2024.

AUFC has new clubrooms which will provide a quality post-game environment. There are a limited number of changing rooms available and we aim to have access to public changing rooms and our old clubrooms.

Most Senior social teams train on a Wednesday or Thursday evening from 7 pm at Keith Hay Park with lights available until 9 pm. The mood is friendly and open, some teams fit a social game into their training schedule.

  • All players need their own uniform, available to purchase online or from the AUFC Clubrooms shop (click here for opening times).

    • AUFC Shirt

    • AUFC Shorts

    • AUFC Socks

Players will also need football boots and shin pads.

  • Fees are $310.00 for the first 16 players in a team.

If you would like to hear our payment options, contact accounts@aucklandunitedfc.org.nz to discuss payment options. We are here to help and value your membership.

  • NRF rules and regulations can be found here.

Fines: Upon registration to play at Auckland United FC, you are agreeing to pay for any fines incurred from both NRF and NZ Football received in any game for the duration of the season. Fines are incurred for any Yellow or Red cards received by a player or team official. Payment is expected within two weeks of receiving these fines. The club reserves the right to stand a player down until the fine has been paid in full.

  • Teams are provided with a match ball, linesman flags, cones and practice balls.

For teams in Divisions without referees, there are some referee resources available. We will also assist players in gaining referee qualifications.
